People come to me when they feel scared, hurt, angry, ( all the emotions) when animals are missing, sick, suffering, when families are desperately searching for answers......praying for a miracle!!
Not much pressure ??
I have spent countless nights laying awake wondering...
Am I doing enough?
What if I got it wrong?
What if I let them down?
Then, I learnt...
Seriousness can quietly consume you !!
I MUST get this right.
And when I become too serious, I stop simply being present.
I judge.
I push. (Myself)
I try to control. (The outcome)
And, the harder I try to force a connection, the further I move from the ( very place ) where connection happens naturally.
Sincerity works differently

โก Iโll give this everything I have.
โก I wonโt pretend to know what I donโt know.
โก Iโll listen.
โก Iโll receive.
โก Iโll allow the connection to unfold organically.
That isnโt caring less.
It is caring deeply enough not to control the outcome.
You can be deeply committed without being heavy and attached to an outcome.
You can do your best with good intention without expectation.
You can care enormously without carrying the whole universe on your shoulders.
Whatever you pour your heart into, ask yourself ??

Seriousness will force your grip tighter.

โก What loss is the most irrecoverable?
Of all the things we may lose in this extraordinary human life, perhaps none is more irrevocable than ๐ป๐ฐ๐ด๐ฌ.
For time, once given, can never be reclaimed.
Money may return.
Possessions may be replaced.
Paths may be retraced.
Even broken hearts may, with grace, learn to beat anew.
But a momentโฆ
once lived,
becomes eternity.
And yet, perhaps we have misunderstood time entirely.
We were taught to imagine it as a straight roadโ
Yesterday behind us.
Tomorrow before us.
And this fragile little moment called ๐ต๐ถ๐พ suspended somewhere between the two.
But what if time is not a road at all?
What if it is a tapestry?
A vast, shimmering, multidimensional tapestry in which every moment is a threadโฆ
and consciousness is the hand gently weaving it. โก
There is ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ~
the beautiful procession of birth, becoming, ageing and transformation.
But there is also something strangerโฆ
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ~
The kind of time in which an ancient memory can suddenly become more vivid than yesterday.
Where a childhood moment returns decades later, carrying a message you are now ready to unpack emotionally
Where a dream seems to arrive before the event that gives it meaning.
Where one breath can feel infiniteโฆ
and one lifetime can disappear like a sigh.
Perhaps time does not simply pass through us.

And perhaps consciousness is not merely observing existenceโฆ
but travelling through it.

Perhaps evolution is not only the story written into our biology.

The gradual expansion of what humanity is capable of perceiving, questioning and imagining.
Every generation inherits a map.

What if the impossible is simply something we have not yet learned how to perceive?

where minutes stretch into eternities,
where doors appear where walls once stood,
where the impossible becomes a doorway rather than a destination,
and where the world becomes infinitely more enchanting when we release the assumption that we already understand it.
Have you ever noticed how time disappears when you are truly alive?
A sunset that makes the clock irrelevant.
A conversation that somehow lasts an entire lifetime.
A first kiss.
A final embrace.
A child's laughter.
A revelation arriving in the quiet.
A moment in nature when something within you becomes completely still.
For a few exquisite secondsโฆ
the clock loses its authority.

To inhabit it.
To honour what has been
To welcome what may come without sacrificing today in anticipation.
To understand that this seemingly ordinary momentโฆ
this breathโฆ
this heartbeatโฆ
this little fragment of eternityโฆ
will never exist in precisely this form again.
And perhaps that is why it is sacred.
perhaps our impermanence is precisely what makes life so precious.
โก The rose is beautiful because it blooms.
โก The sunset is magnificent because it disappears.
โก The human life is precious.
So weave your thread.
Question the boundaries.
Follow the mystery.
Wander beyond the edges of what you have been told is possible.
Allow yesterday to become wisdom.

โจ Perhaps the greatest act of spiritual rebellion is choosing happiness without requiring permission from your circumstances. โจ
Not the forced kind.
Not pretending everything is perfect when your heart says otherwise.
But the quiet, luxurious kind of happiness that comes from softening into the moment and remembering
I donโt have to have everything figured out to feel good here.
We spend so much of our lives trying to arrive somewhere achieve more, heal more, understand more, become more.
And somewhere along the way, we forget to simply โกโกbeโกโก
To breathe.
To notice the sunlight.
To laugh until your stomach hurts.
To enjoy your tea.
To feel safe enough to be completely yourself.
To let one beautiful moment be enough.
The teachings of โโโAbraham Hicksโโโ remind us that our emotions can be guidance rather than something to fight.
We donโt have to leap from sadness into bliss.
We can simply reach for the โnext better>>feeling thought...
Maybe I donโt need to know yet.
Maybe something beautiful is unfolding.
Maybe Iโm doing better than I think.

Feel the little shift.
That tiny opening where life feels a little softer.
