Stop making people’s behaviour mean something about you.
One of the biggest shifts I ever made was realising that people don’t just communicate through words
they communicate through the state of their nervous system.
People who are deeply secure don’t need to make you question yourself.
People carrying insecurity often project it onto others.
Not because you’re lacking.
Because that’s the lens they’re seeing the world through.
The people you spend the most time around will either expand your nervous system or contract it.
