We’ll shortly be saying goodbye to a very special part of Brows by Willow as Jenna steps back from her in-studio role. 🤍

It’s honestly hard to put into words what Jenna has meant to Brows by Willow over the years.

Jenna was our very first employee she joined me when Brows by Willow was still growing into what it is today, and she has been such a huge part of that journey ever since.

We’ve watched her grow and change through so many chapters of her life. During her time with us, she’s become a mum, a cosmetic tattoo artist, an incredible social media creator, a mentor and go-to person for our girls, and an award-winning beauty therapist. ✨

She’s gone from being my first employee to becoming someone I have trusted to help train and guide my team, run the salon when I’m not there, help bring our ideas to life, create so much of the content you see on our socials, and be the person the girls can always turn to when they need help.

But more than everything she has achieved professionally, we’ve loved watching Jenna grow into the person she is today. She has been loyal, trustworthy, creative, hardworking and always thinking of ways we can improve.
She makes our clients feel comfortable from the second they walk through the door, and our team absolutely adores her.
For me personally, Jenna became so much more than my first employee. She became one of my closest friends and someone who has been there through so many of the biggest moments of Brows by Willow and my life outside of the salon too. The fact that she’ll be standing beside me as one of my bridesmaids at my wedding says everything about the friendship we’ve built over the years. 🥹🤍

While we’re incredibly sad that this chapter is coming to an end, this isn’t a complete goodbye. Jenna may be stepping away from her role in the studio, but she’ll still be part of the Brows by Willow team behind the scenes, so thankfully we’re not getting rid of her that easily. 😂🤍

Jenna, I’m so proud of everything you’ve achieved and so grateful for everything you’ve given to me, the girls and Brows by Willow over the years.

We are going to miss having you in the salon more than you know. 🤍
