🏇🌹 THE HAIR CANDY QUEENS HAVE INVADED PORT CUP! 👑💅🏼
And naturally, I had to treat my girls like the absolute royalty they are! 💃🏼
So I booked us into the Rose Retreat! Because darling, we don’t do things by halves! 😂
Arancini balls, pulled pork burgers, hot chips, designated seating! Living our best bloody lives! 🥂✨
And can we just appreciate HOW STUNNING MY GIRLS LOOK?! 😍🔥
Honestly, I brought three queens to the races and somehow ended up looking like their bloody security guard! 🕶️😂
The only thing missing from our VIP experience was the actual VOLUME! 🎶💀
Whoever was in charge of the speakers, darling, did you forget we were over here?! 😂
We could see the party, we could see the people dancing, but the music sounded like it was coming from someone’s phone three suburbs away! 🫠
At one point I was considering getting my hearing checked! 😂
10/10 for the food, fashion and fabulous company. The speakers, however, were giving library with a liquor licence! 💀😂
SORRY, NOT SORRY! 💅🏼
But all jokes aside, there’s nothing better than making memories with the people who work so hard beside you. ❤️
Love my little Hair Candy family! 👑🌈
Now excuse us while we go find the best dressed competition, because these girls didn’t get this dolled up for nothing! 😂🔥

Sometimes I wonder if I’m enough.
Could I have done more?
Could I have helped someone better?
Did I say the wrong thing?
Did I miss something?
Could I have shown up differently?
Not just in work.
In friendships.
In family.
In relationships.
In life.
I think when you genuinely care about people, it’s really easy to start carrying their feelings with you. You replay conversations. You question yourself. You wonder if you could have somehow made things easier for them.
And sometimes I have to remind myself that caring about someone doesn’t mean I’m responsible for everything they feel.
I can love people.
I can support them.
I can guide them.
I can apologise when I get something wrong.
I can learn and do better.
But I can’t carry everyone.
I think part of choosing to lead in life, whether that’s at work, in your family, in your friendships or just by trying to be a good human, is accepting that sometimes you’re going to question yourself.
Maybe that questioning isn’t weakness.
Maybe it’s proof that you still care enough to look at yourself and ask, “Could I have done better?”
The important part is knowing when the answer is yes, and growing from it.
And knowing when the answer is no, you did the best you could with the heart and knowledge you had at the time.
I don’t ever want to become someone who stops caring.
I just want to become better at caring without carrying the whole world on my shoulders. ❤️

The real story behind GODDESS ❤️
It was never just about creating beautiful Goddesses.
It was about telling the story of what happens when someone loses themselves, survives it, and slowly finds their way back.
Guparr opened the story with connection, grounding and protection.
Iris brought the first sign of hope.
Artemis was learning to protect yourself.
Hera was standing back up.
Athena was the wisdom you gain from everything you’ve survived.
Liberty was freedom. Taking your life back and realising you are allowed to choose yourself.
Aphrodite was learning to love yourself again.
Medusa was the anger, the pain and the armour you build when the world has hurt you.
Hecate was the crossroads. That scary moment where the old life is gone but the new one hasn’t fully begun.
Genesis was rebirth.
Psyche was finding your soul again.
And Nyx was the final power. No longer being scared of the darkness, because you finally know who you are inside it.
That was the journey.
From fear to freedom.
From pain to power.
From surviving to actually living again.
And I think that’s why this show meant so much to us.
Because sometimes you don’t realise how strong you are while you’re in the middle of surviving.
You only see it when you finally look back and realise…
you became the person who saved you. ❤️

34 YEARS OLD TODAY 🎂😂
Left: a sweet, innocent little baby.
Right: the reason that baby should’ve come with a fu***ng warning label.
LOOK AT HIM.
Not a single thought behind those eyes.
Just sitting there peacefully, completely unaware that in 34 years he’d grow up to become an overthinking, overdressed, loud mouthed hairdresser with questionable impulse control and absolutely no ability to live a normal life. 😂
Baby Andy was probably thinking:
“When I grow up I’m going to have a nice quiet life.”
HAHAHAHAHAHA.
Mate.
You are in for some S**T. 😂
There will be approximately 48,000 hairstyles.
A few questionable fashion eras.
Enough plot twists to get Netflix interested.
Multiple “this is definitely a good idea” moments that were, in fact, NOT good ideas.
An alarming amount of oversharing on the internet.
Several reinventions.
A lot of hair bleach.
A lot of laughing.
A little crying.
And at some point you’ll apparently decide that thousands of strangers need regular updates on your life. 😂
Honestly, I look at this baby photo and think…
You poor innocent little bastard.
You have absolutely no fu***ng idea. 😂
But 34 years later, somehow we’re still here.
Still loud.
Still weird.
Still making questionable decisions with enormous confidence.
Still turning everything into a story.
And somehow getting hotter with age, which frankly feels unfair to everyone else. 💅😂
So happy fu***ng birthday to me.
Older? Yes.
Wiser? Occasionally.
Mature? Please don’t embarrass yourself by asking.
Mentally? Somewhere between 19 and an exhausted 73 year old woman who just wants everyone to stop touching her things.
And baby Andy…
Buckle up, champ.
The writers get absolutely fu***ng unhinged after season 20. 😂🎂❤️
DR K HAS ENTERED HER YZMA ERA 😭😂
If you know Dr K, you know she is one BUSY woman.
She arrives with places to be, things to do, and absolutely NO time for me to be taking my sweet time fitting her extensions 😂
Basically Yzma energy from the second she sits down.
“Andy, hurry up.”
“Are we nearly done?”
“MOVE.”
Meanwhile I’m just Kronk in the background trying to fit and style an entire head of extensions without getting launched into a crocodile pit 😭😂
Then came the only logical solution…
PULL THE LEVER, KRONK!!!
And off we went.
Chaotic?
Absolutely.
A little unhinged?
Obviously.
Did we get there in the end?
YES WE DID 👑😂
Extensions fitted.
Hair styled.
Yzma restored to full power.
And after surviving the entire ordeal I was left with one very important question…
WHY DO WE EVEN HAVE THAT LEVER?! 😭😂

Apparently I’ve started a whole new career without being informed 😂
Just a heads up guys, someone is using MY FACE pretending to sell vapes and other illegal stuff.
I promise you, if I ever suddenly change careers, it’ll probably involve hair, glitter and questionable life decisions, not becoming Port Macquarie’s underground Walter White 😂💀
THIS ACCOUNT IS NOT ME.
I am not selling, supplying or associated with any of this stuff.
Please don’t send them money, don’t give them your details and please report the account if you come across it.
Imagine stealing my face and THIS is the business plan you choose 😭😂
Stay safe queens ❤️

GOOD NEWS UPDATE 🥹❤️ 🥒
A little while ago I probably scared half of Port Macquarie because I was genuinely terrified about something going on “downstairs” 😅
And because I shared the worry, I think it’s only fair that I share the good news too.
After an ultrasound, two urologists and probably enough anxiety to age me another 10 years… I’ve been reassured that the area I was worried about is just an enlarged vein.
The ultrasound did pick up a small benign finding elsewhere, but thankfully nothing sinister, and nothing relating to the thing that had me panicking in the first place.
I also got a second opinion and was told I don’t currently need to go ahead with the cystoscopy I’d previously been worried about.
And honestly… the relief is HUGE.
Was I anxious? Absolutely.
Did I probably convince myself of every possible worst-case scenario? Also absolutely. 😂
But I’m still glad I got checked.
Because I’d rather feel awkward for 20 minutes at an appointment than ignore something because I’m embarrassed or scared of what the answer might be.
If something in your body changes and it doesn’t feel normal for YOU, speak to a doctor. Sometimes the answer is completely harmless. Sometimes something needs following up. Either way, knowing is so much better than sitting at home spiralling.
And I’m incredibly grateful for the doctors and urologists here in town who listened, investigated and helped put my mind at ease.
For now… everything is okay. ❤️
And if anything changes again, I know exactly what I’ll be doing.
Getting my ass straight back to the doctor. 😂
