Karli brings a wealth of experience supporting people across education and community settings.

With her friendly and approachable nature, she enjoys meeting new people and making them feel welcome.

At our Carers Week workshops, she'll be guiding participants through some self-care activities and encouraging relaxed conversation. 💕

We're pleased to have her joining us for these workshops and future My Selfcare Community programs!

Meet Cath! 👋

Cath is a salon owner in Tuncurry with many years of experience in the beauty industry. She’s also been part of our My Selfcare team, delivering workshops for women with disability.

Cath and our founder, Kate, first met as Beauty Therapy teachers, and now they’re back collaborating again through My Selfcare Community. 💞

Cath will be joining us for National Carers Week, leading self-care product making as well as hand and nail care as part of our upcoming workshops.
