When we first dreamed of Sistahood Rising, all we wanted was to create a place where women could come together, feel supported, make new friendships and perhaps rediscover a little more of themselves along the way.
And to hear how that experience has stayed with a lot of women like Chrissy since her very first Sistahood in 2021... well, it means more than we can say. 💛
It's never been just about the three days we spend together. It's about the friendships, the connections and everything we carry home with us.
Ten years of moments like these. And one final gathering still to come. 🥹❤️

Some stories remind us why Sistahood Rising has always been so much more than a festival. ❤️
For ten years, we've watched women arrive at Fairbridge carrying their own stories, struggles, hopes and dreams.
Some came looking for connection.
Some for healing.
Some simply needed a weekend to themselves.
And somewhere along the way, something shifted.
New friendships were made.
Parts of themselves were rediscovered.
And many returned, year after year, finding something new each time.
To every woman who has ever walked with us, thank you for being part of this extraordinary Sistahood.

This year, we’re stepping Through the Looking Glass. ✨
One of our favourite parts of Sistahood Rising is seeing how women make each year’s theme their own.
Some go all in.
Some add one fabulous detail.
DIY the craziest hat you can think of.
Some arrive looking like they’ve stepped straight out of another world.
And this year, there is so much to play with.
Think Alice-inspired whimsy, dramatic hats, playing cards, red and black, white rabbits, clocks, mirrors, roses, queens, tea-party eccentricity, a little fantasy, a little mischief… or something completely unexpected.
There is no “right” way to dress for Through the Looking Glass.
Make it glamorous. Make it strange. Make it beautiful. Make it funny. Make it entirely you.
Then on Saturday night, we’ll bring it all together at the Saturday Soiree for music, dancing, laughter and a whole lot of Through the Looking Glass magic.
