A little reminder about our cancellation policy ✨
We know life happens. Plans change, meetings run over, and sometimes the day doesn't go as expected. We get it!
But as a small business, last-minute cancellations have a real impact. Protecting our team's time allows us to continue providing the high level of care and service we're known for.
That's why appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or no-shows, will forfeit their $100 deposit in line with our cancellation policy. We also send email and SMS reminders, including a reminder 48 hours before your appointment, so you have enough time to reschedule.
🤍 PSA: Your booking deposit isn't an extra fee, it simply comes off the cost of your treatment on the day.
Need to reschedule? No worries at all. Simply give us at least 48 hours' notice and we'll happily transfer your deposit to your new appointment!
