Hello Beautiful Touch Therapy Community!

This week I will be teaching 3 yoga classes at Denmark Yoga Centre (while Sonia is on leave). All classes are open level, gentle Hatha. My classes usually include pranayama, meditation, asana and if you’re super lucky some beautiful hands on adjustments from the hands you’ve come to know and love!
