Dr. esthè Spicule Treatment is a 45 minute professional Korean skin-resurfacing facial that uses microscopic, needle-like freshwater sponge spicules to stimulate cellular turnover and collagen production without metal needles.

Micro-Spicules: Tiny, purified freshwater sponge structures pe*****te the top layer of skin (stratum corneum) to create microscopic pathways.
Active Infusion: These structures remain active in the skin for 48 to 72 hours, continuously pushing active ingredients deeper while triggering natural repair

Liquid Microneedling: Often called a needle-free alternative to traditional needling, it offers visible renewal with minimal downtime.

2 treatment levels:

DR SPI-CURE Uses 1 million spicules combined with a peptide complex and niacinamide to target fine lines, firming, elasticity, and overall rejuvenation.

PEEL-N-GLOW: Uses 5 million spicules combined with pearl powder extract and volcanic ash to target congestion, acne, uneven texture, and hyperpigmentation.

Sensation: A noticeable prickly, sharp, or tingling sensation when the spicules are pressed into the skin, which can linger for 24 to 48 hours.
Downtime: Mild redness, tightness, dryness, or light peeling can occur over 1 to 7 days.

Aftercare: Avoid intense heat, exercise, saunas, direct sun exposure, and active skincare ingredients for 24 to 48 hours. Do not pick at any flaking skin.

Skin needling (also called microneedling) is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that uses fine needles to create tiny, controlled micro-injuries in the skin. This triggers the body’s natural healing process, stimulating collagen and elastin production to smooth, firm, and rejuvenate the skin.

What it Treats
Skin needling is a versatile, non-surgical treatment used to address a variety of skin concerns:
• Acne scars and surgical scars
• Fine lines and wrinkles
• Hyperpigmentation and sun damage
• Enlarged or open pores
• Stretch marks and uneven skin tone

How It Works
1 Micro-injuries: A trained dermal therapist or medical professional glides a specialized, pen-like device over the skin. Tiny needles puncture the skin, creating micro-channels.
2 Healing Response: These micro-injuries trigger a “wound-healing” response, prompting the skin to produce new, collagen-rich tissue.
3 Product Absorption: The micro-channels also allow active serums applied during the treatment to pe*****te deeper into the skin.

What to Expect
• The Procedure: While some patients feel slight discomfort, most clinics apply a numbing cream beforehand to make the process comfortable.
• Results: Results are not immediate, as it takes time for your body to build new collagen. Most experts recommend a series of 3 to 6 treatments spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart for optimal results.
• Recovery: Downtime is generally minimal. You can typically expect mild redness and sensitivity similar to a mild sunburn, which usually subsides within a few days

What is a face peel, also known as a chemical peel, is a cosmetic treatment where a chemical solution is applied to the skin. This solution removes the damaged outer layers. As the skin heals, it triggers cell turnover and collagen production, resulting in a smoother, brighter, and more even complexion.

Types and Depths
Peels are categorized into three main depths, depending on the severity of your skin concerns and how deeply the chemicals pe*****te:
    •    Superficial (Light) Peels: These use mild acids (like AHAs or BHAs) to gently exfoliate the outermost layer. They are perfect for treating dryness, mild acne, and uneven tone with little to no downtime.
    •    Medium Peels: These pe*****te the middle layers of the skin using stronger agents like Trichloroacetic Acid (TCA). They are highly effective for targeting fine lines, wrinkles, and pigment issues, though they require a few days to a week of recovery.
    •    Deep Peels: These use potent solutions like phenol to reach the deeper layers of the dermis. They yield dramatic, long-lasting results for severe sun damage and deep wrinkles, but they require a significant recovery period.

What They Treat
Professional cosmetic-grade peels and at-home peels are used to treat a variety of skin concerns:
    •    Fine lines and wrinkles
    •    Sun damage and age spots
    •    Acne breakouts and acne scarring
    •    Rough texture and dullness
    •    Hyperpigmentation and melasma

What to Expect
During an in-clinic treatment, a practitioner will cleanse your face, apply the chemical solution, and neutralize it after a set amount of time. At-home peels often come as pre-soaked pads or liquids that you apply and may either rinse off or leave on depending on the formula.

Side Effects and Aftercare
After a peel, your skin will be highly sensitive to sunlight, making diligent daily use of sunscreen essential to prevent sunburn and new dark spots. Minor side effects can include temporary redness, dryness, and mild stinging or peeling.

Peels range from $79 to $179 in price
