✨ How often should you get your foils refreshed? ✨

One of the questions I get asked the most is, “How often should I come back for foils?”

The truth is, it depends on the look you’re trying to achieve!

🤍 Every 6–8 weeks if you love a bright, fresh blonde with minimal regrowth.
🤍 Every 8–12 weeks if you prefer a softer, more lived-in blonde.
🤍 Every 12–16 weeks if you’re after a low-maintenance colour.

Don’t forget—your hair doesn’t always need a full head of foils. A toner, treatment or face-framing refresh in between appointments can keep your blonde looking fresh, shiny and healthy while extending the life of your colour.
