THE WEEKEND THAT WAS 🤍✈️

Sydney, what a weekend.

From touching down on Friday and heading straight into our welcome dinner, to Beauty Expo Australia on Saturday, where our founder Celine took the stage to share The Cost of Success : an incredibly vulnerable conversation about leadership, resilience, burnout and the realities of building a business.

Then came Sunday and the Australian Beauty Industry Awards. 🏆

We were incredibly proud to be finalists across four categories again this year, with Celine also standing alongside some of the industry’s most influential leaders as a finalist for Business Owner/Director of the Year.

We didn’t take home a trophy this year , but every single year we’ve entered the ABIAs, we’ve grown. We’ve come back stronger, evolved our business, raised our standards and continued to build something we’re incredibly proud of. Being recognised alongside businesses and leaders we admire is an achievement in itself.

And there was still a pretty incredible win… 🌴 Celine was gifted a trip to Hayman Island, generously sponsored by the wonderful Elly Lukas and MochaBeauty / ABIA Safe to say, she’s still not over it. 😂

But as special as the big moments were, the best parts of this weekend happened in between.

The conversations. The vulnerability. The connections. The bonds that grew stronger. The ridiculous amount of matcha we drank. 🍵 The late-night cold swims in the ocean 🌊 The getting ready together, the dinners, the debriefs and the moments where we laughed until we cried… and cried until we laughed again.

These are the weekends that remind us that Brow Tribe is so much more than what happens inside our salon walls.

We came home without a trophy, but with fuller cups, stronger connections and a whole lot of memories.

Sydney, you were one for the books. ✨
