Whilst I do actually use warm towels on clients with suitable skin, for a lot of people heat actually isn’t always your skin’s best friend, especially if you have sensitive, reactive, or redness-prone skin.

Heat causes your blood vessels expand, which can:
• Increase redness
• Trigger inflammation
• Aggravate conditions like rosacea
• And contribute to dehydration/ barrier disruption

For some skins, it means you would leave your facial more irritated than calm 😬

I focus on exfoliation through fruit enzyme treatments at different levels dependant on your skin condition and concerns 🍍 This is more than enough stimulation to provide results without causing irritation 🤍
