The time came yesterday morning for my Nanna Hazel ( who a lot of you had the pleasure of meeting over the years ) to reunite with Pop.

This was not a complete shock, but still a delicate time for my family, especially my children.

Thank you for all of the thoughts and well wishes over these last few months, it has meant the world.

I have contacted anyones who’s appointments have been rescheduled and appreciate your patience and understanding xx

I often get asked a bunch of the same questions about what I use for different things so I thought I’d post it in one place for easy access 🙌

🪶What do you burn or use in your house ?

I diffuse either Joy on its own, a mix of Cedarwood and Grounding or sometimes I mix all three. I just have it going all day then eucalyptus at night or ‘gentle baby’.

🪶What do you use for your skin?

Well I use the ‘Skinn’ products which I get online and have done for years but I’ve just added a liquid collagen into the mix as well.

🪶What collagen do you use?

I was using a powder from iherb but the last 4 months I’ve been using a liquid Marine peptide that I drink and it’s made differences to my overall body. My hair has stopped falling out and my entire body isn’t as dry.

🪶Did you use a Glp1 or peptides for weight loss ?

Yes. I did monjaro for 3 months and had a good experience apart from my skin and muscle loss ( which lead me to using the liquid collagen ) it made me loose weight but also loose my hair.
I now use the MB system for weight maintenance and found it did take longer to notice the ‘cravings’ stop but it’s so similar without the side effects.

🪶What cuticle oil do you recommend?

The one I use on you guys. It’s just my favourite but there are many out there. Dessert is my favourite l.

🪶Who do you recommend for PT/Womens health and fitness ?

Hands down Bodies by T. You all have heard my rave about her programs. I’ll alway advocate for this business because it changed my mindset on foods and meal times without consuming me.

🪶Who does your lashes ?

Crystals beauty within. In Baldivis. The GOAT for long lasting lashes.

Hey All!!

Most of you know that I’ve been banging on about trying to find a new routine and hours that aren’t so crazy 🤪

I’m going to implement a new routine for myself and my family with my working hours ( both in and out of the house ) , family commitments and some ‘self care’ in there as well.

10 weeks.

I’ll know if I can make the structure and boundaries attainable or if chaos chooses me forever 😂

Either way - I’ll update you on my next post - it won’t affect many nail appointments at all so if it does I will speak with you personally xx
