We’ve created something special for YOU. A two part education evening focussing on the the pelvic floor.
Your pelvic floor doesn’t work on its own. Its shaped by how you move, sit and breathe every day. Real connection isn’t just about effort, it’s about understanding how you engage your body.
That’s the idea behind the Feldenkrais Method (Awareness Through Movement). It uses gentle mindful movement and sensory awareness to improve function, flexibility and co-ordination.
We’re hosting a two part series with Linda Hardey, Physiotherapist and Feldenkrais Practitioner with 40+ years experience. Gentle, mindful and beginner friendly.
Two 60 minute classes on Mondays 12th & 19th October, 5.30–6.30pm located in North Beach.

A full day of learning from guest speakers and industry leaders, discovering what’s happening in the aesthetic space and connecting with some wonderful people along the way.
We’re heading back to embarc with plenty of new ideas and takeaways, and feeling very excited about what’s to come. 🙌
