The year where we reminisced old Wins, remembered those we lost and caught up with friends who have become family along the way.

Probably my most testing year so far for many reasons but proud of myself with how I handled those certain situations through the season.

Thanks to both teams. And my girls for my wonderful present waiting for me when I got home! Appreciate you all!

Career Highlight and a real Pinch Me moment! As I finally sit and process what the last 3 weeks has meant to me I couldn’t have asked for a better team to go away with for my first National appointment. I know the girls are disappointed with the outcome but I’m so proud of each and everyone of them and so grateful for how they embraced this basketball loving girl who is now a Lacrosse loving girl! I’m so appreciative to every single person on this team whether player, coaches or support staff. I enjoyed every part of this experience! So many memories that my heart will never forget. And no more prouder and emotional moment than getting to sing the national anthem with you all! Go AUS! 💛💚 Australian Women's Lacrosse Lacrosse Australia

💛💚 Opening Ceremony- World Lacrosse Championships 💚💛

💚💛 CLINIC UPDATE 💛💚
As most of you are aware of now, today was my last day in the clinic for the next 3 weeks.

Tonight I jet off to Japan and will join the Australian Women’s Lacrosse team in the quest for world Champs, supporting them as a RMT & Sports trainer!

All messages, phone calls and emails will be replied to when I’m back in the clinic from Thursday 6th August.

Have a great few weeks everyone and I’ll see you when I’m back!

A big Good Luck to one of my athletes ( also my nephew ) who leaves tomorrow to represent WA in his first state team with Futsal WA.

Can’t wait to watch you put on the black and gold and play at the National Futsal Championship.

SWISH IS 19!

A big thank you to all my family, friends and of course my clients for another year of supporting me and my small business!

Even though the days a long and it’s not always easy I’ve spent 19 years of getting to do what I love every day! And not many people can say that! I’m very lucky and appreciative of that!
