The Aoibhe Room was lit this week and I don’t just mean with the salt lamp 🤣 The energy in this room felt so beautiful with so many clients ready to receive.

It felt like every single person who walked through the door this week really needed the space to just stop and switch off for a little while and I am so glad I could give you the place to do that 🙏

I have felt so incredibly present in my treatments this week, and I think my clients have felt it too💙

I have been LOVING the amount of sound facials happening at A'Veen over the last fortnight.

Whether it's been a little taster woven into your usual monthly facial, or you have chosen to experience the whole shebang, this is something I have really been leaning into lately and it feels so intentional🙌

Because for me, skin treatments have never just been about what we put on the skin. When we incorporate sound, vibration and frequency into a treatment, it creates an experience that goes far beyond the facial itself.

Sound travels faster in water than air and because our bodies are largely made up of water, those vibrations can be felt in a way that is quite hard to explain until you experience it.

You come in for your skin, but your whole body gets to just exhale and be still.

Taking the skin journey to a completely different level, and I absolutely love where this side of A’Veen is heading.

Things I’m genuinely SO excited about right now ✨

I was thinking recently about everything coming up over the next few months and realised… there is just so much I’m genuinely excited about.

Business things, personal things, big things and lots of beautiful little things in between.

I am excited to keep learning, growing and being surrounded by people in this industry who inspire me.

I’m excited for what’s ahead for team A’Veen and for this beautiful little community we have created.

The support you all give A’Veen every single day and the love you show us always, honestly means more than you probably realise.

I am excited for family, for my sister and little Bobby arriving, for time to just be with my sisters for the first time in a few years.
Excited for the Neenan family coming to Perth for the first time and finally getting to show them the life we have built here.

I’m excited to turn 40 🥂 and celebrate this chapter with some of the people I love most.

And I’m so excited to finish the year in Sydney, watching Noel & Bel get married and then having Christmas surrounded by family especially knowing it will be Robert’s first Christmas with his family in over 20 years.

Here’s to the next few months of doing what we love best at A'Veen and all the little things i between ✨
