With 13.5 years experience, I’ve created a relaxing at-home beauty studio where beauty meets wellness. Every treatment I offer is designed to enhance your natural beauty while prioritising your health and well-being I’m passionate about beauty, low-tox living, chemical awareness, and wholefoods because what we put on our bodies matters just as much as what we put in them. One treatment I definitely don’t talk about enough… FAT FREEZING ❄️
And considering it’s one of my favourite body treatments to offer, that needs to change.
Fat freezing is designed to target localised areas of stubborn fat using controlled cooling.
Think areas that can sometimes be resistant to changes in training and nutrition - rather than a weight-loss treatment.
Common areas include:
• lower stomach
• upper stomach
• love handles
• thighs
• back/bra area
• other suitable localised areas
Every body is different, which is why I always want the treatment to make sense for you rather than just treating an area for the sake of it.
