I’m reaching out in the hope that someone might be able to help us.

We are currently overseas and unfortunately Elijah left his bag in a taxi, with his iPhone inside. We’ve done absolutely everything we can to track it down with the hotel and local authorities, but sadly we’ve had no luck.

Thankfully, we have travel insurance, so replacing the phone itself isn’t the issue. The hardest part is seeing our 13-year-old absolutely heartbroken because he can’t share the rest of his holiday with his mates, and he’s terrified he’s lost all of his photos and memories.

This is a massive long shot, but does anyone happen to have an old unlocked iPhone sitting in a drawer that they’d be willing to sell us or part with?

My parents are flying over to meet us tomorrow, so if someone could get one to my mum’s house in Aveley before 6 pm today (or Mum can collect locally), we may be able to get Elijah back up and running while we’re still away.

I’m more than happy to pay a fair price, or if you’d prefer, I’ll happily swap it for hair services—whatever works for you.

An iPhone 11 or newer would be ideal if possible, but honestly we’re incredibly grateful for anything that will allow him to sign back into his Apple account and hopefully recover his photos and memories.

OK guys… I know, I know… I’ve been saying this for weeks 😂

Please don’t panic because you can’t book online at the moment!

You can absolutely still book appointments while I’m away, and you can also book for when I return in August. My diary is already filling up pretty quickly, so if you know you want an appointment, I’d definitely recommend securing your spot sooner rather than later. This can be done online ❤️

While I’m away, we’ve simply switched off the online booking system so Teleah can manually manage the schedule and make sure appointment timings run as smoothly as possible. Facebook Messenger is the best way to contact us, so just flick us a message anytime and Teleah will get you sorted.

Once you receive your booking confirmation, please make sure you complete your deposit. If you’re sent a consultation form, we’d really appreciate you filling that out too. It only needs to be completed once and stays on file for future visits. It gives us important information about your hair length, thickness, texture and colour history so we’re fully prepared before you arrive.

I’ve had so many people messaging saying they’re worried they can’t contact us or book over the next couple of weeks… I promise we’re still here! 😂 I’m just taking a very overdue holiday, and the salon couldn’t be in better hands. Teleah will be holding down the fort, working our normal salon hours and looking after you all. She’ll definitely deserve a holiday herself by the time Mya and I get back! ❤️

A little reminder too… if you’re wanting an appointment with me after I return, don’t wait too long. My diary is already looking pretty busy. I’ll also be opening up some extra hours once I’m back to fit in as many of you as I can.

And yes… I’ll still be checking the inbox every day because apparently that’s what happens when you own a business. 😂 I’ll be setting aside a little time each day to catch up on messages, but the rest of the time I’ll be soaking up some much needed family time and switching off as much as I possibly can.

Lastly, I just want to say how incredibly grateful I am to have someone like Teleah. Knowing I can leave the salon in the hands of someone I trust wholeheartedly makes taking this break so much easier.
