I love travelling and I love reading! This trip I took along Sue Currie - Personal Brand & Image Management book Impressario that I purchased while at the AICI Global conference in Manila Philippines last year! I am already half way through reading it and I am throughly enjoying Sue’s story and words of wisdom from someone who is in the image consulting business!

Another benefit of knowing your Colours and Styles is how to shop in an emergency when your luggage gets left behind. This happened to Mandi on route during a recent business trip. Her luggage was left in Hong Kong and she quickly needed some clothes to wear for a work meeting! Well done Mandi!

Mandi had her Colours, Styles and a Shopping Trip with us about 2.5 years ago. I remember at her Colours appointment saying to me “I’m just going to be a neutral winter”! And when I suggested a stripe knit at her shopping trip she said “I don’t do stripes!” Look at her now! Still wearing her neutrals but with a pop of red in her fabulous glasses from The Glasses Lady and what’s that I see…stripes!

As the saying goes…This does go with that! One of the best things about personal colour analysis is how it helps create fresh outfits by mixing and matching pieces in your wardrobe! I have always loved combining “old with the new”. Here is a thrifted suede jacket I bought a couple of winters ago from Sweet Charity WA and a new season dress from Sussan! A perfect match!
