IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Protea Hair & Beauty

​To our valued clients and community,
​We are heartbroken to share that access to our salon at Shop 6(B) has been locked by the head landlord due to an unpaid master lease account by the primary tenant.

​We want to clear the air completely:
​Protea Hair & Beauty is fully paid up. We sub-leased this space and have consistently paid all of our rent and financial obligations on time to the primary tenant.

​The primary tenant failed to pass those funds on to the head landlord, leaving us caught directly in the middle of a third-party lease dispute.

The last 3 weeks rent for sublease was kept in a seperare bank accout as advised by landlord. He did not want to receive it, but also advise us not to transfer it towards the main tenant until there is an outcome of their dispute.

​We are deeply sorry for this sudden disruption. Our clients mean everything to us, and we are working around the clock to resolve this issue and secure a way forward.

Zulitah (beautician) and Riette (stylist, rent a chair) rent has been paid in full and have had up to date not one missed payment.
