How incredibly important it is to look after our own bodies just as much as we look after our horses. Our bodies our movement and even the way we carry tension can have such a huge impact on the horses we work with and ride 🐎

Today I had my regular appointment with the wonderful Flow into Motion Remedial Massageand once again I was reminded just how important it is to invest in ourselves👌

Julie has such an incredible combination of knowledge feel and experience and the positive changes I’ve felt in my own body since starting to see her have been amazing from living with chronic pain to being where I am today is such a huge change can’t thank Julie enough for her expertise 🔥

She does for me what I do for all of your beautiful horses helping my body release move better and feel its absolute best so I can be better not only within myself but my work to 🤍

So don’t forget to book the appointment for yourself not just your horse your body deserves it to 🙌

Great morning in lower chittering getting some treatments in before the rain is meant to set in 🐎

It’s funny sometimes we may not see each other as often as we like for appointments and that’s ok it looks different for everyone I’m always here when the time is right for you all ☺️

It had been a little while since I had treated this handsome fella and he knew straight away it was me and came straight in for a cuddle 🤗

Beautiful way to spend my afternoon 🧡

After treatments this morning headed home for a ride then it was treatment and grooming session for my own beautiful mare 🐎

So grateful for so many wonderful things especially having time for my own mare this afternoon with this most perfect weather no better way to spend my afternoon than in my own space with just me and river and we had such an incredible ride and session ☺️

Feeling so thankful to have such gratitude for where we are at 🙌

Vinny and Harry have been on my books for a long time now and watching the change in these two boys has been so incredible from the two horses who were initially a little sceptical of me to the two standing in front of me now who hear my voice know exactly what’s coming and automatically begin to let down in my presence it’s something I will never get used to how special 🥹

There is so much to be said for consistency routine regular visits and incredible owner commitment It’s that ongoing teamwork and dedication that creates positive change and allows our horses to truly thrive 🙌

I’m so grateful to be a small part of Vinny and Harry’s journey and Sharon and Karen’s also 🥰

I absolutely love having this little gem so close to home It’s the perfect place to stop in for a beautiful coffee before heading off to treat some local working dogs and ponies today 🐾🐎

The team is always so friendly and welcoming and it’s these kinds of businesses that make our community so special. It’s wonderful to have such great service smiling faces and a place that genuinely feels inviting every time I walk through the door so thank you to all the staff who do such a beautiful job 🫶

Today has been a real treat having a Saturday off from treating 🤍

It was over to Wanneroo for brunch with some of my favs and we had a great time obviously you can guess we chatted mostly horses 🤣🐎

But it was sooooo good to sit and spend time together thanks ladies 😀

Tomorrow is pony club dayyyyyy it’s treatments and then into ridden with our focus being our connection to our horses and their body under saddle I’m so excited for this one it’s gonna be an amazing day sharing some tools with the members on how they can help regulate themselves and their ponies can’t wait 🤗🤗🤗
