After what feels like one of the hardest years, I finally got to take some time to slow down, switch off and make space for myself.
Owning a business is something I’m so grateful for, but it can also mean constantly putting yourself last.
This trip was a reminder that rest isn’t something you have to earn - it’s necessary.
