It’s one more year around the planet, and I feel deeply grateful for everything this journey has brought me, the lessons, the challenges, the growth, and all the beautiful human connections along the way.
This year has been especially meaningful as I continued to study and deepen my understanding of massage, touch, and the body, exploring how much healing, release, and transformation can happen through something as simple and powerful as mindful, intentional touch. Every course, every practice, every client has added another layer of knowledge and respect for this work.
I’m endlessly thankful for your love and support. Building this relationship with all of you - my clients, my community, and those who trust me with their time and wellbeing- is something I don’t take for granted. You are the reason this work feels alive and real.

Beyond the Surface: Why I Chose the Path of Intelligent Touch
I’m often asked why I chose to specialise in therapies like buccal massage and bio-electric therapy.
The truth is, it came from a simple realisation, the body doesn’t need to be “fixed” with force. It needs to be understood.
Why I chose this path
I’ve always been fascinated by the body’s ability to hold both stress and stories.
I didn’t want to offer treatments that feel nice for an hour and then fade. I wanted to work in a way that creates a real shift.
Seeing how a targeted intraoral massage can release years of jaw tension, or how a gentle bio-current can calm the nervous system, is what continues to inspire me.
My approach 
I believe in intelligent, intentional touch.
For me, this means working beyond the surface: with the muscles, fascia, and the nervous system.
– Respecting the nervous system: real relaxation isn’t possible when the body is in a constant state of “fight or flight.”
– Understanding the anatomy: knowing why tension appears is key to creating lasting results.
– Non-invasive, high-impact: supporting the body’s natural processes rather than working against them.
What we work on 
Many of my clients come in not just for visible results, but because they feel tense, heavy, or slightly out of sync with themselves.
Together, we address:
– Facial puffiness and loss of contour
– Chronic jaw (TMJ) and neck tension
– Deeper, persistent stress that isn’t resolved through exercise alone
Why this is personal to me 
There’s always a moment at the end of a session when someone sits up, looks in the mirror, and pauses.
They look softer, lighter. But more importantly, they feel like themselves again.
Being able to facilitate that shift, that return to self, is what makes this work so meaningful to me.
