An afternoon created for women who want to feel more connected to themselves, their skin and each other.

On Sunday 11 October, I’m stepping out of the treatment room and into The Raw Space in the Swan Valley for three hours of grounding, self facial massage and cupping, beautiful food, skin education and proper bloody connection.

Not because your face needs fixing.

Because sometimes we need a little space to come back to ourselves.

We’ll slow things down, learn how to release tension through the face, neck and shoulders, move lymphatic fluid, reduce puffiness and create a simple ritual you can actually use at home.

There’ll be time to ask questions, eat well, laugh, connect and leave with something useful rather than another event goodie bag full of s**t you’ll never use.
