I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s 17 years ago. For years, I struggled with fatigue, sluggishness and feeling disconnected from my body. Discovering lymphatic drainage changed the way I cared for myself, and it inspired me to create the DePuff Ritual by Amore Body Lab Lymphatics.
