Just got ur lashes done but you have started crying ? Girl let the tears out !! 😭

But make sure not to brush them before washing the salt of your tears out. 🧼

Because it takes a minimum of four hours after the application for the bond set by the lash glue to bind your lash extensions onto your natural lashes, it’s best to hold off from crying and situations that might induce crying during that period (if possible). 💦🫧

Oils are the #1 enemy for eyelash extensions. Most oils weaken the eyelash extension adhesive bond and will make them fall off!! 😣

If you have oily skin or use oil products, oil can slip into the extensions and slowly destroy the eyelash adhesives over time. 🧴

Frequent cleansing removes this oil and ensures your lashes last longer.🧼

To get oils off your lashes use an oil-free makeup remover or cleanser to clean them.🛀

Lash extension adhesive includes a quick-drying resin called cyanoacrylate. 👩‍🔬Oil eats down at the cyanoacrylate bond to dissolve and therefore affects how long lashes will last. Oils to stay far away from include mineral oils, vegetable oil, and coconut oil.

Brushing ur lashes with your spoolie isn’t just ‘good’ for your lashes it is essential! After cleansing your lashes brushing through them will remove any excess residue, fluffing them out and keeping them in place !
