Businesses can no longer pass card payment surcharges on to clients — meaning those processing fees now sit with the business.

I’ve never passed card fees on to my clients, and that won’t be changing.

It’s one of the reasons I keep investing in further education. The more I understand the evidence behind what’s happening during this stage of life, the better informed I can be in the conversations I have every day.

There’s still so much being discovered about women’s health, and I find it genuinely fascinating to keep learning as the research evolves.
