As hair dressers our consultation is super important and not hearing what our clients are telling us and just doing “what we want” or the “I’m sure it’s fine” philosophy doesn’t work! This can be cause for results such as poor Roxy where she had to stop colouring her hair for a long duration and spending copious amounts of $$$ and ⏰ on her hair, if your hair is good … you feel good end of story!
