Today I received some heartbreaking news about someone I had the privilege of knowing through my business.

It has reminded me how often women quietly carry burdens that the rest of the world never sees. Over the years I’ve had many clients sit in my chair and share experiences of controlling, intimidating or abusive relationships. Sadly not everyone gets the chance to leave safely.

I’m not a counsellor, and I may not have all the answers but I can listen, help you find the right support, or simply remind you that you deserve to be safe.

You are never “too much”, it’s never “just part of a relationship”, and asking for help is never something to be ashamed of.
