I received this message from one of my beautiful clients and I genuinely had to share it.

Sometimes I think it’s easy to look at what I do as “just hair”. I install extensions, make people’s hair longer and thicker, and then go about my day.

But receiving a message like this reminds me that sometimes it means so much more to the person sitting in my chair.

To know that the time, care and pride I put into my work has made someone feel this way genuinely means more to me than I can explain. Especially when someone takes the time out of their own day, completely unprompted, just to tell me they appreciate what I do.

There are so many days where I question myself, stress over the smallest details or wonder whether people even notice how much I care about my work.

And then I receive something like this. 🥹

Hair might seem like such a simple thing, but feeling good about yourself isn’t.

Thank you for trusting me with your hair, for noticing the little things, and most of all for taking the time to send me this. You absolutely made my day and reminded me why I love what I do. 🤍

Just a little reminder that you don’t need to put off your hair appointment because you have the kids with you! As a home salon, my own little ones will be around too.

As long as your children are respectful and happy to sit, watch a movie or keep themselves entertained, they’re more than welcome to come along with you 🤍
