There are moments in life that quietly change you.
My visit to Pura Tirta Empul in Bali was one of those moments.
Standing beneath the sacred spring waters, I wasn’t searching for perfection or answers. I simply allowed myself to be present—to release what no longer served me and to welcome peace, clarity, and gratitude into my life.
The Balinese water blessing, known as Melukat, is a deeply respected spiritual purification ritual. While everyone’s experience is personal, mine reminded me that cleansing the soul isn’t about erasing the past. It’s about creating space for healing, growth, and reconnecting with the truest version of yourself.
Sometimes the greatest transformation begins the moment you choose to let go.
