Wednesday 20th December will be our definite last day for postage for the year.

I don't have an end date at the moment. It will depend on when our final delivery of stock arrives and when we can get labelling done and orders out the door. I will advise as soon as possible when the end date will be.

Check your account on the website for tracking numbers which we will add to your order once we have packed and posted it.

Delays To Orders Being Sent Out

Firstly, thank you so very much if you have placed an order with Colour Me Pretty since last Friday.

For those who don't know us we are a small online family ran business who work out of an office/warehouse extension to our home. We do this to keep our prices low and we are able to maintain an excellent level of customer service. We always get our orders out in a timely manner and respond to queries in a timely manner.

However in the past week I fell ill and I was unable to work the second half of last week. Over the weekend I then tested positive to Covid along with others who also work in the office and warehouse with me. This has left us with no one to pack your orders unfortunately as we have all become unwell.

On Sunday I sought doctors advice as I took a bad turn with my breathing and it is believed that I have pneumonia (or some sort of RSV) as well as covid. I have been treated for this and since started to improve dramatically but I still have a fair way to go. Today is the first day I have been able to sit and look at a computer to get a message out to you all.

We get out of quarantine on Thursday however we can't return to work until we are well enough too. This may mean that we may be delayed in sending your orders out a little longer.

Please know that we are truly very sorry for this inconvenience and we are doing everything we can to take care of ourselves to ensure our recovery is quick and we are back into it as soon as we can, however I thought it was very important to make contact with you to let you know where your order is it and why orders or messages and emails may be delayed.

I have sent emails directly to people who have placed orders in case there are people who aren't on social media.

I would also like to apologise if my sentences aren't completely making sense, I am still a little blergh.
