Unwind Body Massage

What a perfect day yesterday was for me!!
I love V8 supercars.
I even wore my team outfit to do the yard work mid race.
Back to work today though.

I bought this oil this week and I must say I am half and half on it....however I have been told if you aren't sold on its smell you need more of it in your life. So I'll be using it often for the next little while. I do need to transform some things.

Thank you for your continued support. I am now currently fully booked until 2027, unless someone cancels. I have a cancellation list just in case you haven't secured a spot already.

Spring has well and truly sprung!
I love being outdoors on my days off, especially with weather like we had today.
Here's a little snippet of what I was seeing today......
Oh and a little video of how I rescued a lizard on my morning walk.

Take time to relax your mind and bring back some emotional balance.
