It’s frustrating that we’re having to write this again, but unfortunately we’ve had a large number of no shows and last minute cancellations recently.

As a small business, we are doing everything we can to stay on our feet in an already challenging climate. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved especially for you. A no show means hours of lost income that we often have no opportunity to refill.

Please, just show up to your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we completely understand, life happens! We simply ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we have the opportunity to offer your appointment to someone else.

Please respect our team, their time and our small business. Our cancellation and no show policy will continue to be strictly enforced.
