We are thrilled to announce that our Boronia clinic is set to open its doors from next Monday, the 24th of August! 💪🏃🏡
Riley & Mitch will be available for Physio and Clinical Exercise services on:
- Monday 1pm - 6pm
- Wednesday 8am - 1pm
- Thursday 1pm - 6pm
- Friday 8am - 1pm

Form & Practice is continuing to grow and serve our wonderful local community. We are delighted to announce that we are opening a brand new clinic in Boronia!
The doors are set to open from mid-August 2026 for Physiotherapy services.

A friendly reminder that our Physiotherapy, Massage and Clinical Exercise services will be closed this coming Monday the 8th of June, for the King’s Birthday Public Holiday.
Our Reformer Pilates classes will still be running as regularly scheduled at both Mt Ev and Chirnside Park - jump onto the F&P app to book your class today!

Our wonderful Physios, Riley, Ali and Tom all ran in the on Sunday with their friends and family 💪🏃♂️💛
Ali completed the half mara (special shout out to her daughter Claudia who ran her first race too!), Riley ran in the 12K trail run and Tom completed his first full marathon!
Go team! We are so proud of you!🥹🫶
