ADD MOISTURE
A healthy scalp is vital for strong strands- and you may need extra help if you colour your hair. A dry scalp can be a sign you're not getting enough omega fatty acids, which help nouish hair follicles.
WHERE TO GET IT.
Salmon, tuna, sardines and power-packed walnuts and flexseeds are good sources of omega-3, while vegetable oils are good for omega-6.

Hair is 80% protein, so build your locks by getting enough protein to stimulate follicle growth - especially in the morning when protein levels are their lowest.
WHERE TO GET IT
Include meat, eggs, fish, legumes, whole milk, quinoa, lentils, pulses and nuts in your diet, and add protein powder to your mirning smoothie or cereal....
