The aim here is to build a bit more volume to turn a reasonably good pair of lips into a slightly better looking one. Look at the other 2 posts to see if this has been achieved. Only 0.5 ml of product was injected. The remainder was used to improve the Mental Crease. So none was wasted. Happy to report that patient is happy with the result. Here is a patient who has had 9 treatments in her lips to enhance the volume over the past 10 years ie one treatment every 12 months or so. Only 1 ml of a standard filler required. It has maintained the volume & the shape very well. The picture taken in 2015 showed the lips before she started her first treatment.

With the weather getting cooler now it is time to think about your Varicose Veins in your legs. Depending on the size of your veins & how many veins have to be treated the choice is between surgery or non surgical treatment. Sclerotherapy is the non surgical treatment where you will only need to have injections of medication to close those veins. This treatment is a walk in walk out procedure done in the clinic. However, you will need to have a consultation first when an ultrasound needs to be done to check on how badly damaged are the valves inside the veins. This can be done in the clinic. If you are found to be suitable for Sclerotherapy then a plan will be made as to how many treatments are required to treat those veins.
