Both of these men won CA JUCO State Titles in 2023’ for Sac City Men’s Wrestling 🤼♂️
I had the pleasure of working with them in the weight room while at City 🏋️♂️ and watched both of them go through incredible transformations.
Ethan ethan boyd came out of Del Campo High School in Sacramento, he placed 2nd in his first season at 157, and finished his career as a Panther with a state title at 165.
AD Adeezy was a D1 bounce back from CSUB. A former state placer coming out of Liberty High School, AD pinned his was through the tournament, and won outstanding wrestler.
I’ll be sharing what we did in the weight room that helped them excel on the mat starting next week 💪🏼

The path to heaven is hard, the path to hell is easy…
I was raised Catholic, but I don’t practice anymore. I’m a CEO (Christmas/Easter Only 😉)
I don’t think you need to be catholic/christian to resonate with that statement.
Muslim, Catholic, Punjabi, whatever you are…I believe we’re all calling the same thing different names…
And if you’re atheist, I respectfully disagree with you!
Because yes, I believe that there’s definitely something greater than ourselves, but we can’t begin to comprehend what it is.
I believe in doing good to others, treating people with respect/kindness, and that you get what you give 💯
I believe that when you want something bad enough in life, you have to walk through 🔥 to get it…
You have to embrace resistance regularly. Do the things you don’t want to do, put yourself out there, struggle consistently, and then…
You get it, and realize that the struggle was the real gift in the first place.
Problems and obstacles are gifts. They give us something to push against.
The obstacle is the way 🫡
What do you believe?
Idk what I thinking with this hair 🤷🏽♂️
Happy Wednesday 👊🏼

12 weeks Later 💪🏼🥋⏰ Online Client Win ✅
While the lighting is a little different between the before and after pics, there’s clear re-composition differences in a small window of time.
The big practical win on the mat that this client told me was that now when he goes for armbars, he has the strength to hold on.
Seemingly small wins like that are so cool for me to hear.
Same as when this client told me he went from struggling to do 2 pull ups, to now being able to do 5 in a row in 12 weeks.
I’m extremely proud of that👏🏼😌
We live in the Information age, where the flashy stuff on IG gets a lot of attention, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.
Especially when you’re a beginner!
Most grapplers🥋 I know are either:
1) Doing the same thing they’ve always done in the gym
2) Winging it by piecing together random workouts from trainers they see on here
3) Not doing anything
If you want to improve your performance on the mat, and have longevity to do it for a long time, you need to train intelligently.
I’m looking to open up a couple spots to work with clients online.
If need structure and accountability to help you succeed, DM me “Ready”

“There’s only two things I hate in this world, people who are intolerant of other peoples cultures, and the Dutch.”
Just kidding, Dutch people are awesome.
So is Iguazu Falls 🙌🏼📍🇦🇷🇳🇱🇧🇷
Congrats to J. Serra for getting his first ammy win in style on Saturday w/ Pure Combat 👊🏼💣
Because I coached Justin in the weight room in 23/24 with Sac City Men’s Wrestling, I was fired up when we reconnected, and started working together 10 weeks before this fight.
I’m especially proud of Justin, because besides two in person sessions, we trained entirely remotely for this fight.
I sent him the plan, we communicated through texts/calls, then he sent me form videos and I gave him remote feedback.
It takes a certain kind of individual to be diligent and motivated enough to train remotely.
You might think it’s crazy, but it’s highly effective if you’re motivated to train, coachable, and don’t want to pay to have a trainer for every session.
Besides grapplers, and my folks over 50, I love working with combat athletes 👊🏼
If you’re training for an upcoming fight, and need guidance on the S & C side, shoot me a message!
