A Hands Onya session will leave your mind and body feeling calmer, lighter & more balanced. Hi, I’m Cindy — the hands (and heart) behind Hands Onya. I’m a Professional Member of the International Institute of Complementary Therapists and a qualified Relaxation Massage Therapist, Usui Reiki, Metaphysical and Access Bars® Practitioner. I also hold a Bachelor of Metaphysical Science, which means I have a deep understanding of how the mind, body, and energy systems all balance together. My holistic style approach combines a mix of massage and evidence-based knowledge of holistic energy work and relaxation techniques. A Hands Onya session will leave your mind and body feeling calmer, lighter, and more balanced.
