Something new is coming to The Fine Art In Aesthetics, and I cannot wait to share it with you 😍
Living and working in the Pilbara means our bodies work hard, especially as the weather heats up.
I wanted to bring in something that fits real Newman life, and I’ve been very picky about it.
Stay tuned for more information coming soon! xx

This round of FAQs is all about getting ready for treatment: what to tell us beforehand, what downtime may look like, and a few important things to know before you book 🫶🏻
As a nurse, I always say the more you share with me, the better I can care for you. Your medical history, medications and any recent procedures all help shape a plan that’s right for your skin.
Missed Part 1? Head back a few posts to catch up. And if there’s something you’d still love to know, drop it in the comments or send us a DM. 💬

There’s a reason we don’t do one-size-fits-all here.
Skin is a living organ that changes with age, environment and lifestyle, and in the Pilbara it’s up against more than most. Caring for it well means thinking beyond the next event or the quickest option, and looking at what will support your skin for years, not weeks.
That’s the nurse in me, and it’s also the artist. Good work takes time, thought and a steady hand. 🎨
Our Aglow memberships and treatment wallet were created so you can invest in your skin consistently, in a way that’s flexible and built around you. Swipe through to see how we approach it, and book your consultation via the link in bio to get started.

You can have the most beautiful skincare routine in the world, but if your shower water is working against you, your skin may still feel tight and dry by the end of the day.
Town water is treated with chlorine, which when introduced to the skin and hair can cause dry, irritated skin.
That’s why I love the Well Verti Wellness Pod™. It’s a shower filter designed to filter chlorine and other impurities, so your shower becomes part of your skin routine rather than something you’re working around.
Pop in and see it in clinic, or ask me about it at your next appointment 🤍

As we age, a few things change beneath the surface:
✨The outer layer of skin gradually becomes thinner.
✨Collagen and elastin, the proteins that give skin its strength and bounce, naturally decline.
✨The connection between the skin’s layers flattens, so it can shear and tear more easily.
✨Oil production slows, which may leave the skin barrier drier.
✨Cell renewal and healing take longer.
Gentle daily habits go a long way: a mild cleanser, a nourishing moisturiser, daily SPF, and treating your skin with a little more care.

We love a good question, so we’ve rounded up the ones we hear most often in clinic. 🤍
If you’ve been thinking about booking but aren’t quite sure where to start, this one’s for you. Starting any new treatment can feel like a big step, and it’s completely normal to want to understand everything first.
That’s exactly what your consultation is for. There’s no pressure and no rushing, just an honest conversation about your skin, your history and your goals, so you can make a decision that feels right for you.
Swipe through for Part 1, and keep an eye out for Part 2 coming soon.

Have you heard of Rejuran?
It is one of the treatments I offer here that’s designed to support skin structure and hydration. Rejuran can be used on the face, neck, décolletage and hands.
Wondering if this treatment is right for you?
As every skin is different this is something we’d talk through fully in a consult.

There’s no magic age where skin suddenly needs attention. It changes gradually, and differently for everyone, shaped by genetics, sun, lifestyle and time.
It’s easy to fixate on an age, a milestone, or a moment you decide your skin “needs attention.” Out here especially, with sun and long days outdoors, everyone’s timeline looks different anyway.
What matters more than a number is understanding your own skin’s story, what’s changing, and why.
That’s exactly the kind of conversation I love having with my patients here in Newman. If you’ve been wondering about yours, come have a chat with me. 💛
