Who uses an acupressure mat? I picked this one up from after trying one a friend had. They are pretty tough to be on at first for an extended time, but I found it helps so much with those pesky knots and tight spots 🤩 keen to put it to regular use!

Food and supps prepped, classes booked, gyms clothes for the week organised, it’s 6 week challenge time! 👏🏼💪🏼 my goal this challenge is to drop 3% body fat and do ONE unassisted pushup 😅👏🏼 let’s get it 🤩

I am always so torn when I post the pics, because on the left I was so sad and unhealthy, and really hated myself 😞 I still have moments of self doubt even now, but try to be kind to myself as often as possible ❤️ (4 years post sleeve in July, 6 months post tummy tuck next week!)
