Every natural feather brow starts with one precise hair stroke. Master the basics before chasing complex patterns.

Lip tattooing is not just about colouring the lips.

It’s about understanding what each client needs and knowing how to achieve it safely and naturally.

That’s what I focus on in my training—not just how to tattoo, but how to assess, think, and customise every case.

This is how I look at a correction case.

I don’t just see a bad eyebrow tattoo. I try to understand what happened.

How did it heal? What technique was used? How consistent was the artist’s hand movement? How deep was the implantation? How has the pigment changed over time? Every healed brow tells a story.

In this case, the hair strokes healed unevenly. Some strokes are too light, some have blurred, and the flow isn’t consistent. That’s the first thing I notice before I even think about a correction.

The next question is: can I tattoo over it, or does it need removal first?

This is where many artists struggle. Correction isn’t about drawing better hair strokes. It’s about making the right decision before you touch the skin.

And don’t be too quick to judge the previous artist. We all started somewhere. Maybe they were new. Maybe they didn’t have enough guidance. Every case is a chance to learn.

One thing I never promise is that I can completely remove or perfectly fix an old tattoo. My job is to give the client the best result their skin will allow. Sometimes that takes multiple sessions, and patience is part of the process.

If you want to become a better PMU artist, stop studying fresh results. Start studying healed results. That’s where the real learning begins.

Fresh results are easy to show. Healed results are what truly reflect the artist’s technique.

The feather strokes are so fine that they’re hidden beneath the natural brow hairs. You have to look closely to see the tattooed strokes. The shading is so soft and natural that most people can’t tell whether it’s makeup or a tattoo.

Natural-looking brows don’t happen by chance. They come from the right technique, pigment selection, and understanding how different skin types heal.

This is one of the techniques I teach in my training.

When I train cosmetic tattooists, I teach them that feather brows are a masterful illusion—not a hair transplant.
If you have zero brow hair, it looks great from a distance, but it won’t create 3D texture. The most realistic results happen when we blend fine strokes into your existing brow hair for fullness and definition.
