Assembly by Aiko

Join me this Sunday 4pm for a relaxing sound bath meditation. End of year madness is upon us, so take some time, just one hour of your weekend to find space to close your eyes, settle into stillness + let the sound surround you.

You don’t need to be “”good”” at meditating - the supporting sounds, breathwork + gentle stretch will do the work to quieten your mind. Come JUST as you are.

What a wonderful start to the week celebrating SOL ELEMENTS 1st birthday! 🪔 The morning featured an INCREDIBLE immersive sound performance by Gabriel Logan Braun + I cannot get enough of the moody Yakisugi aesthetic - the centuries-old Japanese technique of charring timber 🖤

Stunning! What a backdrop for Gabriel Logan Braun’s performance, Sonic Womb. He describes creating an enveloping sonic environment in which you don’t simply hear the sound, but physically feel its vibration, with the intention of creating a sense of safety, surrender + deep rest.

Revived!!! 🌟

The design details at SOL are genuinely interesting: the circular, almost floating structure is Japanese-inspired 🎍🎎 DIVINE!
