A Pilates + Recovery Experience by Gallanu Therapy × Tailor Allied Health

Join us for a relaxed, two-hour wellness experience designed to help you move, recover and reconnect.

Begin with a beginner-friendly mat Pilates class before exploring massage, lymphatic drainage and recovery education in a welcoming small-group setting. You’ll also have the opportunity to experience the sauna and ice bath, enjoy light refreshments and take home a thoughtfully curated gift.

• 30-minute guided mat Pilates class
• Remedial massage and lymphatic drainage education
• Guided sauna and ice-bath experience
