Good morning 🙂 yet another update on the knee 🥳I feel that it has improved enough to resume working as a mobile service. Unfortunately I have been unable to find a suitable space to work out of close to home. I will continue to look for a space where I can leave my table etc rather than carrying it around . In the meantime; I have purchased this table trolley and will better manage my equipment transport. My plan is to start mobile sessions on Saturday evenings once it arrives 🙂 🌺

About me
Hi I’m Helen. I am a professional bodywork practitioner who will be working on Fridays in the healing space at Tapestry Cafe in Carrington.
I was introduced to bodywork in 1990. After several years of informally learning massage, I began formal study. In 1996 I attained my qualification as a therapeutic massage practitioner. Then in 1999 I completed my remedial massage qualification.
I have a wholistic approach to my work. I combine hot stones, aromatherapy, polarity and acupressure to bring wellbeing and balance to clients.
I have spent many years exchanging ideas and techniques with other practitioners. More recently I have begun studying Ortho Bionomy and actively seek to improve and hone my skills as a wholistic healer.
