GRAND FINAL WEEKEND 🏉
A little heads up for our Sana community — we’ll be running on reduced hours across Grand Final weekend.
Friday 25th | 9am–3pm
Saturday 26th | 9am–3pm
Sunday 27th | 9:30am–8pm
If you’re planning to fit in your sauna, cold plunge or recovery session over the weekend, make sure you book ahead and take note of our adjusted hours.

We’ve teamed up with enhancepilatesandmovement for a morning designed especially for mums — where you can move, recover and take some time for yourself, with your little one close by.
Join us for Mums & Minis: Pilates + Recovery ✨
Start the morning with a Tone Mat Pilates class suitable for all abilities, followed by time to unwind and recover with a sauna and cold plunge at Sana.
And the best part? There’ll be a child minder onsite, so you can enjoy the experience knowing your little one is being looked after nearby.
