My guest travels hours to visit every 10-12 wks, so a low maintenance subtle colour is our best option now.
Working alongside her natural colour pattern we added in lowlights followed by global demi to create soft warm hues throughout for longevity and dimension.

Another day, another colour correction.

What started out as changing from red to a natural colour ended in jet black at another salon, leaving this new client to grow out all the colour for as long as she could handle to a 5 hr session in my chair to get her hair as close to her natural as possible.
Night lighting wasnt our friend (giving off a few reflections- i can spot my arm shadow!) BUT her hair felt amazing afterwards and the black is gone and I have one very happy client!

Its been a hot minute 🤍

The salon has been non stop busy the past few months, added in my children's school and sport events and a week off for my 40th. Its been exhausting.

I have also enjoyed the break from trying to stay up-to-date with social media, its not why i got into this industry to begin with (hell it didnt exist then!)
Being a one woman business owner wearing all the hats takes more out of me mentally than I admit and being back to back with clientele then adding extra time to take photos, posting etc just isn't what I want to do. Its not to say we aren't achieving incredible results or that im picking one look over another to post. I'd rather just focus on my clients experience and doing the hair!
