I know it has been a while since I last posted - life is kicking my butt at the moment.

Sometimes its to make sure I keep going and other times it is because I have been too cheeky😆

I will be unavailable for a few days while I sort out some personal things, but I will be back on Saturday morning in time for my Spiritual Saturday at The Magickal Crystal Forest in Southgate ✨

When you are out and about today and you see yourself in a reflection - look past what you see and KNOW that the essence and soul of the person looking back at you is doing the best that they can.

Good Morning Everyone!!

I am feeling MUCH better - still a bit stuffy but my throat has stopped feeling like I had cactus for lunch and my nose has stopped dribbling - I call that a win!!

Today's "Moonday" is perfect for celebrating lunar magic! Set powerful new intentions, focus on self-love, and trust your intuition. It's the ultimate time to dive into divination and manifest fresh beginnings. Let your energy pop with white and silver, while harnessing the vibes of moonstone and sage.

Lunar Monday Magic ✨
The Vibe: A fresh start to focus on yourself and your intuition.
Crystal Focus: Amplify your energy with Moonstone, Opal, and Selenite.
Herbal Cabinet: Mint, Sage, and Sandalwood are calling to be burned or diffused.
Colour Magic: Work with White and Silver to make your intentions pop!

The Moon is in her WAXING phase so think about what you want to bring in. And wording is key.

SOOOOO lets say I really want to get rid of my self doubt, but because it is a WAXING moon phase I want to focus on bringing in.

* I would do a ceremony with my selenite crystal, burning dry mint in my cauldron.
* On a bay leaf or a piece of paper I would write that I want to BRING IN confidence so that I can be released of self doubt ❤
* Burn that bay leaf in my cauldron with my mint.
* While that bay leaf burns - I will focus on me absorbing confidence. I will think of all the strong, positive things people have said about me, all the amazing things I know I have done and CAN do and imagine my whole being soaking it up like a sponge or being the light for the moths at night for positive vibrations and energy. - Then I focus on all the horrible, mean, self-doubty words and actions I do to myself and others do to me and I focus on them being repelled from like an opposite-attract magnet or a force field dropping in a space ship and all that waste getting pulled out of me.
* I do this a few times - you can base in on your breathing (in = attract, out = repel). I usually just go with whatever happens in the moment.
* Once I feel lighter, happier or even just more positive I say SO MOTE IT BE!

And that's my self care BRING IN ceremony in a nut shell. It changes depending on my mood, my ingredients on hand or even the time of day I choose to do it. This is just what I DO. you can do yours however you like.
