This is a tough post to write and certainly not a decision I have made lightly.
Some very big changes have been happening at Avanti.
To ensure that we can continue offering you great hair services and the best version of ourselves, we are adjusting our trading hours starting this September.

​Here is what is changing:

✨️​New Late Night Wednesday✨️
We're moving our late trading to Wednesdays, allowing for flexibility with offering evening appointments.
Our new hours on a Wednesday will be

💖9:30-2pm then 4pm-until late💖

✨️Informal ​Closing Times✨️
We will be switching to appointment-based scheduling. Once our clients are finished being pampered for the day, our team will wrap up and head home.

✨️Face to Face Client Prioritisation✨️
Unfortunately, it has become increasingly difficult to answer phone calls and respond to messages promptly.
We may not always be able to answer the phone and messages right away, but we will get back to you.

Our
priority
is
YOU 🫶🏼

And ensuring every client gets our focused energy while they are in our chair.

Lastly, and the most difficult decision I've had to make.

✨️​Tuesday Pause✨️
Avanti will now be CLOSED on Tuesdays to allow our team dedicated time to rest.

-with an exception of Christmas week as this day is already fully booked.

Anyone who has a booking on a Tuesday will be contacted ASAP, and we appreciate your kindness and understanding with moving these times.

Now more than ever ​we recommend booking your preferred times in advance.
