I'm going to have a small rant...
I feel like this shouldn't need to be said but....
It's Christmas time and I am run off my feet busy. If you are unable to attend your appointment tell me.
Not only has this lovely human just cost me around 2 to 3 hours of MY time she has cost me $.
This is the reason I am cautious of taking on new clients. I know the amazing people I have on a regular are not like this and I appreciate you all so very much..... ok rant over 🙃
