Life comes in waves
So does the way we carry it in our bodies.
Stress can create tension.
Loss can create heaviness.
Anxiety can leave the body restless.
Exhaustion can make us feel disconnected from ourselves.
And sometimes, after carrying so much for so long, our body simply needs permission to rest.

Come along to a night of Community, Awareness, Art & Conversation

My walk this morning my home, how lucky to live here by the sea

The beach reminds me of Shelly Beach @ home,

Being near the sea helps you slow down & think clearly, it's like a meditation

Good for you
